Socks vs. Hats

This month Donna received her knit kit and it was for socks.
She doesn't like to make socks, in fact if someone asks us to make socks for them we tell them to go to Kohl's.
With that in mind she made a hat using the sock yarn.

The yarn is from Three Irish Girls Yarn, Inc. from Duluth, MN. Each skein is hand dyed.
The name of this yarn is called Adorn Sock Yarn and the color is Spokane River Walk.
This yarn did make a very pretty hat, don't you think?

Cozy Wool Hats

The Farmers Almanac is forecasting another cold winter and many have asked us what kinds of hats we are making.
This weeks hat of the week is called Cozy Cabled Hats.

This hat is made using Cozy Wool by Loops & Threads. It is 50% wool and 50% acrylic.
